Thank's, I will try that one.
I used an earphone plug and recepticle before, and attatching a wire to the plug center was tricky. I made a clip-on out of a peice of flat copper with a slit and hole, but it would fall off sometimes.

That was on an inverted engine in a Smoothie, It ran good but was touchy to tune. My past Kougars and the one I'm now building have engine at 45 deg. with no problems.
