You might find that the when you start flipping it the first few times it will not draw fuel. I've seen 5 of these do this. Just squirt a little fuel into the carb with both the choke and throttle wide open, make sure the ignition is off, close the throttle to idle and close the choke, rotate the prop about 5 -7 times, you'll feel the prop get easier to turn. At that point make sure the throttle is still at idle, turn on the ignition and flip. Usually in about 4 or 5 flips she will fire and shut off. Now open the choke and in about 4 or 5 flips she'll run. After youdo this just once, it will now pull fuel every time

You will also notice that it seems the engine is down on compression at first. After you get one tank through it you will then notice that it's got a little more compression and is already making more power.
