I charged it and checked it on a battery meter that puts a charge on it...everything looks ok.
How do I cycle the batteries without a dedicated battery cycler, which I do not have?
Turn everything on and just "play" with it while watching TV until it runs down(it will take a while). Monitor the batteries with an ESV or Voltwatch if possible. Your TX may have a built-in meter.
