I would like to know if I can add a bit of Prolong engine treatment in my 15 engine...just like would add after run oil?

this might help with temperatures and lubrication.

A: Yes, add the engine treatment to the oil only, at 10% to the volume, then mix with gas. Use the same mixture for oil injection systems.
