Interesting project. I would say you either have to go for a lighweight foamy version or a very large model anything inbeteen is going to have a high wing loading.

Are you planning tio make it rocket powered or ?

Either way it wouldn't be suitable to learn to fly with. But if you do build it i'd be happy to test fly it for you, i'm not far away in Nottingham.
