Many jets are designed with the gear behind the cg.
Not trying to be rude but this is a no-brainer. The mains have to be behind the CG or the nose gear would never touch the ground. Its how far behind the CG that is the issue.
Yes, smarty pants, it is how far back and I think you got the point that this plane works with the gear far behind the CG. It rotates smoothly and with the proper technique lands just a nice. Add to this the gear being this far back offers extra protection for the booms and prop.
