Sounds like it should work. Your Formosa is pretty light.
- If the 10X3.8 prop is too slow you could go for a 9X5 (Formosas often "prefer" to fly faster than 3D planes).
- I think you may be close to what the Phoenix 10 can handle. Probably you should not fly at full power all the time.
