When you adjust the toe do you have the wheels off the ground. and what way out /-\ or in \-/

With the forward edge facing out when seen from above at 2-1/2 degrees toe out :
Front
\-/
\-/
Rear
(Above eg is for both front and rear with toe out).
And probably best to have it on the ground.
