GalenB,

Thanks for weighing your Ultimate - I just threw mine on the scale (digital grocery scale) and my dry weight is 8Lbs 2.9oz. I'm hoping that will allow some pretty good vertical with this bird. This Ultimate looks awesome and I can't wait to get it in the air!
