Daveham, i don't think hanger 9 and JR have any ties, its just the fact that Horizon is the importer for both, you could say the same for Hanger 9 and Zenoah on the same grounds. its the same in the UK. one importer has Futaba, Kyosho and MDS, another OS, Hirobo and Sanwa. they both 'recomend' THEIR products. its very rare that ONE importer has all the brands of your own liking, you just shop round. Combo's seldom contain what you would choose, a lot of combo's are put together to try and move a sticking product from the importer. ( what was this thread about ? ) oh yes, power for the 80" cap? NOT A CLUE, i had a YS 140 on the 1/4 scale and i've got the ZDZ 80 twin on my 1/3rd scale. i'd probably go with the ZDZ 50.
