What distances are your horns from the control surfaces? Du-Bro's Heavy Duty came out a bit closer to the aileron than I'd like - those 2" 8-32 bolts are a bit short.

Used a Sullivan Heavy Duty Pull-Pull horn on the rudder - what distances are you using (from the horn to the rudder)?
