A buyer can file a grivance with Pay Pal after a purchase has been made. Pay Pal will contact you for your side of the story and after a period of time they will make a determination as to who wins the issue. I just went through the process and I won my case, as the seller never sent what I had bought. As we speak, I am still out the money. When I sell something, I always have the money transfered into my personal account. As for the lady wanting to buy your engine, if she sends you the money then you send her the engine. Deal is done.
