The best way to go about getting the blade grips off is as Quickster said using two #1 phillips drivers that fit the screws correctly. One of the posters also mentioned that if all else fails you could use a soldering iron to heat up the screw a little bit loosening the loctite.
Personally I just used 2 new hobbico #1 phillips precision screwdrivers I bought with the heli.
