Could someone please tell me how to get the blade grips of the hub without damaging them. I know you have to remove the screws but the screw that hold the grips in place are way too tight and I'm afraid I will strip them.
Any help wuld be greatly apriciated.

I hope they do because I was tinking of cutting the whole hub apart and then grabing the rod with pliers and removing each individual screw.

I know you have probably already discovered this but the reason they are so tight is because the person doing the assembly got carried away with the thread locking fluid, like LocTite.
My only suggestion, and what worked for me, is t make sure you have a Phillips head screwdriver that fits perfectly. That way you stand a better chane of breaking at least one screw free. Of course, you then have to get the feathing shaft out of the bearings and that is another problem.
Once you do finally get them out, replace them with some 2x6mm hex head screws.

The best way to go about getting the blade grips off is as Quickster said using two #1 phillips drivers that fit the screws correctly. One of the posters also mentioned that if all else fails you could use a soldering iron to heat up the screw a little bit loosening the loctite.
Personally I just used 2 new hobbico #1 phillips precision screwdrivers I bought with the heli.
Good Luck!
