You didn't mention what type of heli you have. If a Blade CX/CX2 or Blade CP/CP Pro, just use your finger nail or a small pair of needle nose pliers. Don't be afraid to pull somewhat. That's pretty much a going price, you may find it somewhere less expensive but not much.
