Not sure if it's the same stuff as you're after, but I bought rolls of foil-lined bubble-wrap from Home Depot a while ago. Used it to insulate the inside of my trailer. I still have a complete roll lying in the attic - if you're in the SJ area sometime you are welcome to drop by and grab it.
