No doubt that this thread will have extrememly high entertainment value! I have to admit though, it is easy to get carried away due to the assembly speed of the fuse frame.

Other than the upside part, the fusebox looks good. Please make me aware of any (yes, ANY) issues with tabs not fitting into notches and the like. I have found that even with a couple updated laser drawings, it is still easy to miss a small offset for the laser cutting here or there. It is usually not a big issue though as the laser burn width is a scant 0.010". However, for a nice, tight fit (), it is necessary to account for the burn width. I would like to keep updating the files so that within the first 20 kits we will have every little issue worked out.

Love the pics, keep them coming. Also, let me know if you are going to be in H-town anytime soon. I would love for you to get some stick time on mine....I know it will provide good motivation for your build.

See the pic below....I added a couple pieces of light balsa stick to strenghten the joints on those long fusetop and bottom pieces (I think I mentioned this in the build notes).
