Default RE: Anyone have experience with MS COMPOSIT epp planes?

Trevor,
My Blade Dancer was there but since I didn't have a Spektrum receiver for it I was only able to get one flight with the 72mHz. This airplane flys great with the E-flite 400 outrunner which is probably more power than necessary. I haven't tried the 370 yet. Also am using 11/3.8 prop indoors. All up weight with 1320 batt was 12.5 oz (incl landing gear).

I did cut a bit of the elevator away to allow additional rudder throw as it seemed a little weak in knife edge manuevers. It is great fun and has survived a couple un-intended landings with out a mark on it. Love that EPP when done right (cut not molded!)

I think this will make a great small field outdoor model when the weather is a bit warmer!

Oh, one thing about the epp, you can cut a knife slot in the foam then pushe the servo wires in and the foam heals over it so there are no visible wires! works really cool.
