My wife just baught a Cricut paper cutter (www.cricut.com) so i instantly thought of cutting monokote with it. It worked perfectly when set to low pressure, slow speed, and #3 on the knife. She only has the basic cartridge that came with the machine so It's not perfect for graphics for planes, but it has a usb port on the back and the company says it will soon be upgradable to custom graphics.
