I would think it would be close.... Pretty sure Scott used a Xoar which will pull hard but get lower rpms. I would think a PT or Mej 20x8 would hit 7000 after a gallon or so. With a pipe I cant see why it wouldn't wake up and be able to move up to a 20x10 with similar or more rpms.
