I think the chances are pretty slim of getting 7000 on a 20x10. It is doing just under 7000 on a Mejzlik 20x8, so the increased load will just drive it lower. A pipe may pick up 300 rpm, but still not enough. I will be running it on a pipe soon, but I still think 7000 on a 22x10 is out of the question. According to Pe Revers calculator (pretty accurate) it would take 5.11 HP to turn that prop that fast. I do not even think the 46 will do it. It would take a 50cc. A DA 50 is rated at 5HP. That is alot of HP for anything under 50cc. The more I check, even an Evolution 35 would not come close to that. Sorry.
Scott,
You have added 2" of diameter to the prop!

I expect the 46 on a full pipe will easily get well over 7000rpm on a 20x10, my guess is more like 7400-7500rpm with a Menz-S. I was hoping the 36 would get around 7000rpm for the weight savings and the tidy packaging the rear exhaust would allow.
How is the exhaust timing? If it is conservative, raising the port a bit would help it out with the pipe, but it is not going to be a miracle...
Thanks,
Mark
