This is TOTGA. I need suggestions, comments or hints on the Hanger 9 Sopwith 60.

I have a OS FL70 four stroke that I am pulling from a crashed Cub. Is this enough motor for the Hanger 9 Sopwith, considering the recommended engine is the Saito .91 four stroke?
