yeah use locktight with caution on the CB screw. In most cases you can nip it tight enough to stay but sometimes it just works itself loose. If this continues to be a problem, use the smallest amount of locktight and always use a low strength because as Da Smak says, one day you will regret it cuz you'll destroy the screw head trying to get the dam screw out the next time you put some new shoes in.
