Brushless motors can not be used with speed controllers meant for brushed motors. You will need a brushless electronic speed control to operate this or any other brushless motor.
The bad news is that the brushless ESC often is more expensive than the brushless motor it runs. Make sure that the ESC has enough amp rating for the motor. Trying to run a 20 amp motor on a 10 amp ESC will fry your ESC.
