go with the one you WANT more. Between the TC4 and the Yokomo, there is no better or worse. One just has more local support. But, you're in california, so you shouldn't have a problem with either one.

If all you're doing is drifting, there really is no "upkeep". Take a compressed air hose (at a local track, garage, or gas station) or pipe cleaner to it every now and then and you'll be good. Don't drift in sand. Other than that, it's 6 one way, half dozen the other. Also, niether Cyclone nor Sprint 2 are superior to either of these chassis. The biggest difference is the ones you picked are shaft while the others are belt. I will say, however, most (if not all) D1RC cars are shaft driven, if that tells you anything.
you see, i had a rtr tc4 before. I drifted and everything and it was a great chassis. I want to upgrade from it. The tc4 and yokomo look very very similar. I just don't know what to pick.
