Maybe someone can help me here. I inherited a small ME109 that came with a .15 engine. The only markings on the engine are .15 on the side of the block and MRC on the carb. I did a search for MRC and didn't really come up with anything. Anyways, the engine came with no muffler, and I was trying to identify it so maybe I could find one to fit it. I'll post a pic from home this afternoon. Was there an MRC that made engines? I know back in the `70's everyone and their brother had their own design. For some reason, when I look at it, it I keep thinking Enya ... but then again, if I were THAT smart, I wouldn't be on here looking for help
--------------
At one time, MRC imported a number of products with their name on them. Futaba radios are one such example.
I am not absolutely positive of what I am going to say. I am sure someone else will jump in here with an opinion.
I "think" that MRC imported either Enya or Fuji (looks like an Enya) engines into the US with their MRC name on them. This would be in the early to mid Seventies, IIRC.
I'm sure someone else will nail it down even better.
