You are allready to lean if its bogging on the high end like that. Richen it up
too rich bogs and floods out the glow plug causing sever loss of power but a much cooler engine temp, too lean bogs from lack of fuel and causes over temp (from lack of lube), nobody can guess as to if it's rich or lean without knowing the temp, your comment is an uneducated one.
