GT2 engine wont start
ok, so heres the deal, I have a stock RTR RC10GT2. last weekend i broke teh a-arm and its been sitting all week, and now its finally replaced. i put 3 drops of aro after i ran teh engine last (last monday morning to get the remaining feul outta the truck) and wednsday i go to pull the started for kicks and giggles and its locked so i pop teh plug out and pull teh starter and a bunch of what im guessing to be feul + aro came oozing out. I got it all out and pu tin teh glow plug. also, last monday is when i pulled teh white carb restrictor out and installed a Motorsaver air filter. Now today (sunday) i fuel it up, prime it, and attempt to start it for about 1 minute. After it wouldnt turn, i swapped teh plug fora fresh McCoy MC-55 and repeat the starting with the same results. I turned up the idle speed about half a turn and richend the low speed needle 1/4 turn. this seemed to get the engine to cathc every once in awhile but it never started. I checked the glow ignitor on the plugs and it made them glow orangish yellow like they did in teh past. Im outta ideas. Im tempted to have AE send me a new engine because ti always seems to be a pain in the ass to get this **** to turn. In the past it has taken me a little bit to start, but never this long. I think ill use my tax return on a new powerplant if these issues stay.
