F1 is supposed to be ply.
The one you have done in ply instead of balsa is F6a according to my memory - i.e. the back of the canopy.
So it took you 4 hours to cut 13 parts.
That means you should have about another 40 hours to go at least, and surely £+++ of lite ply.
And that before you count the cost of the balsa bits in materials !
If we talk minimum wage, whats that about a fiver?, thats over £200 labour !
Are you sure you cant afford the cnc pack !? It is priced as it is for a reason y'know - it's pretty comprehensive.!!
