Default GP Pitts flight and spinner failure

JBFLIER The 38 does a nice job. Plane is a little nose heavy. It does have a strange habit of showing pitch changes in level flight, something I would expect if tail heavy. Checked the incidences and thought that the problem might be lack of positive in stab but that was not the case. Both wings have positive also, usually only the top wing is positive, bottom -0-. Snaps are crisp and knife edge very good with no pulling to the top or bottom. I'm very glad I pulled in the gear with a spring. The gear is way to weak for a 15# plane.
