i've just seen and had far too many planes with bigger plates rip out with little provoking. not saying it WILL come out.. i just have a healthy fear, tho after the wheels came off when it dead sticked in the long stuff, it's gonna do that sometime again with the spants on. so i guess it needs those metal bolts.
watched it drop about 4" today on a lumpy windy landing, that UC dun give much, i could see the shock just go right through it. gonna check my spats and see what size wheels i can get away with to help matters. we can't all land on runways or cricket pitches

IAN: you can't PVA plastic wing bolts. the plate hasn't gone anywhere yet
