i wanted to see if that little hole was in the right place and the side thrust correct, i lined the mount up with that and fited it, i then slid the cowl about 1cm onto the plane and marked the edge. i measured the distance from the firewall to the cowls front. the engine went onto the mount and the distance checked from firewall to prop driver.
engine fitted, cowl was cut and bingo it worked perfectly.
