hm that is where i cant help at all. i have never had a stryker C so i know zip about how the radio works.. you will need to check your manual or horizon hobby parkzone for that

i suspect that the item which you got from radio shack is under rated for what your lipo chargers need
this item fromtower hobbies should more than do the trick.
