Actually as I posted, it was painted and not bare metal.The wings of course were also partly fabric covered, esp the upper outer wing panels.

In addition to the outer wings having large areas of fabric covering, the rudder and elevators were fabric covered as well. The ailerons were plywood covered on most varaiants
