Regarding the Police, from what I read in the last few posts it seems as though they were conducting them selves in a unsafe manner. Driving right out to the flight line, while other aircraft are in the air? Walking up to the pilot in question(I assume he was still flyting the aircraft). A third vehicle drives out to the flight line? I mean really, was this aircraft actually causing harm to the real aircraft in the vacintiy?

I get the impression that they could have caused more harm from thier actions than the aircraft exceeding the 400' limit.
