Regarding the Police, I was there and also walked over to listen in the conversation.

I was about to start my turbine when the police showed up. This was the airport police. They did not directly walk to the jet pilot they just got out of their cars and were observing who was flying above 400 feet. Event coordinators including Jason P inerveined and started talking to them. They said that 12 reports throughout that morning from full scale aircraft were reported to the tower that model aircraft were flying well above 400 feet. No one mentioned anything about a jet. It just happens that they showed up while the jet was still in the air and was about to land (approx. 6 min total flight time). That was his first flight of the day.
