Thanks for the info. I have yet to maiden mine. Plane is a little small for my 40 size skis. I have a saito 65 in mine and i am sure I will have unlimited vertical. I replaced the kit gear and installed a slightly wider set, stock ones seemed a little narrow for my tastes. One guy had the struts break, but mine seem strong as ever needed. Maybe a cartwheel would weaken them. When test running the engine I noticed the fuel tank bung plastic retainer split, I am sure I didn't over tighten it, but check yours, maybe poor material.
