Parkzone makes some really great RTF airplanes. Their Slo-V is a great beginner's airplane. It can actually be flown indoors in a large gymnasium when wind and rain won't cooperate with outdoor flying.

Another very good first electric aircraft would be the wing dragon:

It's pretty close to your ideal price range as well, with everything you need delivered to your door for L110

The Hobbyzone Super Cub RTF airplane package is another very good solid value for a nice starter electric airplane. I didn't see the Super Cub listed at the e-tailer you provided the link to, however.
