just buy a BME 50 and forget you ever heard the word glow, you dont need pcm and as long as you keep 8" of seperation you will have no ignition noise. Oh and gas almost never dead sticks, and you almost never fiddle with the needles. Try gas and save 200 bucks a year on fuel
