i have the same problem with one ways bearings in my savage 4.1
there is an o ring in the backing plate that could be worn out.
also when you take apart the roto plate that holds the one way
put a small o ring on the shaft before putting back the one way.
that will help with oil blowing by and getting on the one way bearing.
i did that with mine and it helps.
