Problem with pushrods binding on yak54 41"
Hello, I just recently purchased a GREAT PLANES yak 54 41" and have been doing the build. Im sorta a newb to this kind of plane but I think there are a few quality issues that have really slowed my progress. For one the horizontal stab issue fixed that(reinforced with cf), but now I just cant get my rudder and elevator servos to stop binding. The push rods are rubbing
and bending slightly as they run through a series of holes cut out for support inside the fuse. I've tried moving the adjustable clevises to several different holes on the control horns but this only helped slightly. Broke two of them doing this. I even cut out a one of the supports (plan to reinforce that), but its still rubbing on the other two pushrod supports. I'm sorta stumped here as I dont think It would be wise to fly with the servos binding like that. Could it be that I have glued my control horns in a poor location? Even though I followed the manual?
Thanks
