Default Problem with pushrods binding on yak54 41"

Hello, I just recently purchased a GREAT PLANES yak 54 41" and have been doing the build. Im sorta a newb to this kind of plane but I think there are a few quality issues that have really slowed my progress. For one the horizontal stab issue fixed that(reinforced with cf), but now I just cant get my rudder and elevator servos to stop binding. The push rods are rubbing
and bending slightly as they run through a series of holes cut out for support inside the fuse. I've tried moving the adjustable clevises to several different holes on the control horns but this only helped slightly. Broke two of them doing this. I even cut out a one of the supports (plan to reinforce that), but its still rubbing on the other two pushrod supports. I'm sorta stumped here as I dont think It would be wise to fly with the servos binding like that. Could it be that I have glued my control horns in a poor location? Even though I followed the manual?
Thanks

A couple of questions:
Is this your first ARF and have you flown before?
Are you saying that the pushrods are rubbing/dragging on the fuselage formers in the tail area?

Pictures of radio bay?

Yes I have flown planes before but nothing like the yak as I said Im a newb with this type of plane. My others are foam park fliers without ailerons. Yes you could say the their fuselage formers in the tail section of the plane with holes that are meant to accommodate the push rods. I think Im going to have to modify those to get a nice straight shot to the control horns. Sorta difficult to do being their way inside the tail of the plane. Ill try posting some pics of it when I figure out how to do that.

Is this something that can be cured by simply attaching the pushrods on the opposite side of the servo? Or even letting them cross over to the "other" servo if mounted side-by-side?

you may want to search the arf forum and see if anyone else has or is building this and what they have done

Yes this is an electric arf. I've tried putting the pushrods on opposing sides of the servo, but that doesnt really work (pushrods rubbing together) They are side by side. I can see that some of the fuselage formers are warped through the clear covering on the plane and this is throwing the pushrods off a little also where they exit the plane. I think the during build I should have installed the pushrods and tested out where they travel before choosing the final location of the control horns as you need cut out a hole and glue them in place. Oh well learn as you go! I'll be doing my next build a little different.

As a last ditch effort Im going to cut out the other two push rod supports on the fuse formers and enlarge the holes where the push rods exit the fuse. This will ensure a straight path to control horns. hope it dosent make the rods to wobbly though

Thanks for your suggestions everyone.
