I second the Fromeco 8-Ball!!! It's the best meter for li-ions, Lipos, and I even use it for NiCD and NiMH. It's also good for adjusting your regs.

Get one, even if it seems like a lot of money, ( I think they are $50), it will be a savings in the end.
