Sounds like the carb pinch bolt needs to be tightend. The carb should not move freely like that.

Its not the entire carb housing thats moving...its the throttle body thats moving. Normal carb movement is in and out, left to right. My carb is doing that fine but at times it moves just like the LS needle does. So if your looking at your low speed needle which turns left to right when you tune it...my carb does the same thing...
