Hey man, as I mentnioned before...don't go buying expensive servos until you have totally checked the entire front end for steering problems. To answer your questions, yes, my steering assembly was pretty messed up on my RTR PBS, I had to disassemble and reassemble it due to binding problems caused by excessive droop etc... I find it unlikely that your servo works in one direction and not another, unless it has gear problems. You REALLY need to check the car.
