it happened to me as well...i think it does only in the middle east...
this is only a "too tight" thing.

get the old stud go to any craftsman shop - should be cheap where u at..., and make a new one. but this time, reinforce that with "hot oil" fast cooling process - i forgot the ebglish term for that
