When you calibrate, FS One will ask you to move through each channel one at a time. Ignore that. Just wiggle the sticks and make sure that they output +-100%. All sliders should move as long as you move all the sticks and switches on the 9303 (or TacCon for that matter). Really all FS One looks at is the max/min on the sliders. Once you've gotten all the sliders to move full throw (in the sim), then click 'next' repeatedly until you exit the calibration.
