Your displeasure with the website would have carried more weight if you would have ordered something.
I would have to bribe them? What makes you think I havn't bought from them in the past? What makes you think I won't buy from them in the future?
Just because the website is terrible doesn't effect the quality of the product. It only effects whether I can see or inquire about the product.
