This question might sound dumb, lol. But, on the rudder, where would the "counterbalance" point be? I'm doing control throws on a plane and manual says to measure the throw from the counterbalance point on the rudder. The rudder is wider at the base than at the top. My guess would be the bottom point of the rudder...but i'm not positive about that.
