I have a new Spektrum DX7 but have never used a trainer or buddy box. I used to fly a lot back in high school and am now getting back into the hobby. I want to get the buddy box for a friend that is new to the hobby to help learn to fly on. This promotion seems like the perfect opportunity to do this.

BTW..unless I misread an earlier post. AMA's website says that the JR buddy boxes do come with the cord.

Does JR have a website link showing more information about this buddy box system?
